Yentri Tan

I’m a multi-disciplinary creative specialist who was born out of my deepest passion for visual storytelling and love for great designs. I grew up in Indonesia where I started drawing my first storybook at the age of 7 with no prior tutors other than the comic books. Despite spending my entire high school being a straight A student in maths and natural science, I finally made the call to change course and pursue my first art education in one of the fine art university in Singapore. With a solid art foundation, brewing passion and understanding the impact of translating messages into visual presentation, I then started my career in digital design and video production.

I continued to reinvest my skills from learning how to code, creating motion graphic, adapting to the ever changing landscape of technologies, trends, picking up new softwares and systems, and everything it took for me to be specialised in all areas of designs, having the expertise to lead creative development from end to end and applying great designs on organisational level.

After 12 years, I left my second home with my husband and our wee poodle to take on a new adventure and landed ourselves in ōtautahi, aotearoa. I am now focused on bringing my skills and expertise to help the local businesses grow their brands through creative strategy implementation, content creation and any creative services required. On the weekend, you’ll find me either training for my next running event along the beautiful stretch of port hills, painting in my wee home-studio, exploring new recipes in the kitchen or simply spending 4 hours on the phone listening to my mom.
